Bayou Pack & Ship Amazon Return Delivery Service

 

Terms and Conditions / Liability Waiver

 

By utilizing Bayou Pack & Ship’s Amazon Return Delivery Service, you (the customer) agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Acceptance of Service:

 

Bayou Pack & Ship agrees to accept your Amazon return item(s) along with the provided Amazon QR code and facilitate the delivery of said item(s) to the nearest UPS Store for processing on your behalf.

 

It is your responsibility to ensure that the Amazon QR code provided matches the correct item(s) being returned.

 

2. No Individual Tracking Numbers:

 

This service involves a batch delivery of Amazon return items to UPS. No individual UPS tracking number will be generated for your item.

 

Amazon will notify you directly of your return status and any applicable refunds once the item(s) have been processed by Amazon’s return facility.

 

3. Customer Responsibility for QR Code and Item Accuracy:

 

You (the customer) are solely responsible for ensuring that the correct Amazon QR code and return item(s) are submitted. Bayou Pack & Ship does not verify the accuracy of the item(s) against the Amazon QR code.

 

4. Updated Delivery and Drop-Off Confirmation:

 

Bayou Pack & Ship guarantees the safe transport of your item(s) to the UPS Store. Upon delivery to the UPS Store, a receipt will be obtained as proof that a batch of Amazon returns was dropped off. This receipt does not provide individual tracking information for specific items and cannot be used to trace any individual item within the batch.

 

Once your item(s) are included in this batch delivery, Bayou Pack & Ship is no longer responsible for the item(s). Amazon will notify you directly through their system regarding the status of your return once it is processed.

 

5. Limited Liability:

 

Bayou Pack & Ship’s liability ends once your item(s) have been successfully delivered to the UPS Store and confirmation of the batch drop-off has been received.

 

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by UPS or Amazon once the return has been handed over to the UPS Store.

 

Should you require additional protection for your return item(s), it is your responsibility to arrange insurance or directly handle the return with the UPS Store.

 

6. No Refunds for Delivery Service:

 

The service fee paid to Bayou Pack & Ship is non-refundable once the item(s) have been delivered to the UPS Store.

 

If you choose not to proceed with the return after drop-off at Bayou Pack & Ship, no refund for the service fee will be issued.
